Noah Schwartz is the founder and visionary behind NFitness. As a former competitive athlete, he knows the value of a well-balanced, enjoyable lifestyle and has made it his mission to inspire others to become their best selves. He is a certified personal trainer, metabolic training coach, and nutrition coach, giving him a uniquely holistic approach to health and fitness.
Katie Snow is a strength and conditioning coach with 3 years of experience. She has worked under top Canadian trainers,and learned from their work with Olympic, NHL and CFL athletes. While she has extensive experience working with athletes, Katie is also passionate about helping people at any stage of their fitness journey.

Not everyone has effective workouts when training alone. This option is perfect for couples, or even just two friends who prefer to have a support system by their side.
SMALL GROUP SESSIONS
Enjoy the experience of a small group session involving 2-6 people. Exclusive group with weekly signups! One class a day Monday to Thursday! This group environment will motivate you to work harder!
Surround yourself with other motivated individuals while powering through an intensive 45 minute workout. Our bootcamps will give you the energy and momentum of a group class without sacrificing the attention of a personal trainer.
Staying fit and healthy is a 24/7 effort. That’s why if you can’t make it in for a session in person, we offer online coaching that’s just as effective as working out at the gym, so you can stay consistent and on track.
Working out is only half the battle, so we’ll work with you to create a realistic nutrition plan that lets you eat the foods you love and still see amazing results.
